Hey! We’re Emma and Mark. Purveyors of FUN! The bringers of games, the designers of wonder. We love bringing the joy to your event and ensuring it’s something a little more luxe and styled to perfection.
SPLAT THE RAT OFFICIANADOS!
It’s so cliche but life really is too short for boring! So we decided to make some fun and share it with other people too! Our garden game company was founded back in 2015, when I (Emma) was organising a charity event and searching for giant lawn games to hire only to discover nothing available in the Lincolnshire area. Fortunately we had some reclaimed wood in the garden, the creativity was flowing and so the original design for bean bag toss and ring toss was born! Mark mostly wields the hammer, I mostly do the ordering around, but we both get stuck in as much as possible.
NEW LIFE TO OLD THINGS
We’re suckers for a good comeback story! And we’re all about giving old timber and vintage finds a second life and a front-row seat at your party. By raiding the reclaimed pile and hunting down high-quality vintage items, we’ve created a collection that’s as kind to the planet as it is easy on the eye.
Think of it as ‘Luxe with a Conscience.’ Almost every game you see was dreamt up and built by us, right here. We’re also big on community, partnering with brilliant local makers and a neighbourhood flower farmer to keep things fresh and homegrown. We try to add new sparklers to the range every year, but if you’ve got a ‘must-have’ idea that isn’t on the list? We’re all ears—let’s build something legendary!
FUN STUFF
Stuff you should know about us. Mark is a champion at never sitting still and can usually be found in a cloud of sawdust! Whereas I love watching the birds and a quick round of Bananagrams! We’ve got a couple of kids who keep us extra busy, and generally too many projects on the go at any one time. Creativity never stops in our house. And the fun bit is a massive bonus. Are we Totally Coconuts? Yeah maybe!
