CROQUET
SIP, SWING AND SCORE
Croquet brings a touch of elegance to outdoor play, blending calm focus with quiet competitiveness. It’s unhurried, sociable, and perfect for guests who enjoy a more considered game without losing the fun. Think gentle rivalries, thoughtful shots, and plenty of time to chat between turns. Whether you’re playing a serious match or just having a casual knock-around with a drink in hand, it adds an instant touch of English garden charm and “Old World” sophistication to any event.

HOW TO PLAY CROQUET
To play Croquet, grab your mallet and your assigned coloured ball. The goal is to navigate your ball through a set course of six hoops (wickets) in a specific order, finishing by hitting the centre peg. You get one hit per turn, but here’s where it gets tactical: if you run your ball through a hoop, you earn a bonus shot. Feeling cheeky? If your ball hits an opponent’s ball (called a ‘roquet’), you earn two bonus shots. You can use the first one to place your ball against theirs and “croquet” them, essentially whacking their ball far away from their next hoop, and then use your second shot to continue your own journey. It’s a game of precision, ruthless strategy, and impeccable timing. The first person or team to “peg out” by hitting that centre stick at the end of the course wins the match and the ultimate bragging rights!
WHAT YOU GET: 4 adults’ mallets (2 large, 2 medium) and 2 children’s’ mallets. Plus 4 adult 12oz balls, 2 children’s 9oz balls.
